Job Description
- Meets business metrics and goals ie. SLA, production and quality targets
- Works with minimal direction
- Monitors daily work by updating monitoring devices or workflow tools as needed
- Follows SOP instructions or supervisor instructions and ensures result conformance to quality
- Participates in project improvement and operational excellence ideas as needed
- Responsible for timely response to concerned tasks with instructions ie. as per SOP and defined SLA
- Proactively presents issues/alerts to managers or stakeholders that may impact the bottom line or operations
- Analyzes data and assesses trends/patterns and recommends conversion of general pattern into rules
- Diagnose process-related problems and root cause analysis where necessary
- Knowledge of online shopping (e-shopping)
Eligibility:
- Graduate or equivalent
- Excellent English language skills: oral, written, reading and comprehension
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Passion for creating a positive customer experience and keeping calm in difficult situations
- Ability to efficiently and effectively accomplish challenging goals or tasks within a defined SLA
- Flexible to work in rotational week offs
Mandatory Requirements for work from home role
- A seamless home environment where you can connect to the Internet and work on your tasks. .
- You must have a good internet connection with a speed of at least 20 MBPS and at least 100 GB of data from a reliable service provider.
- Mobile access should always be from a trusted service provider.
- The power should come back on when the power goes off.
- It should be located in one of the following states or move to one of these states before the date of incorporation
