Job Description
- Establish and maintain an MS Team webpage.
- Make and publish a deal snapshot.
- Look for functional SPOC from the pursuit-related functions.
- Together with the solution lead and sales lead, create and publish the project plan as well as the roles and responsibilities matrix (R&R).
- Compile all inputs, including comments, presentations, price inputs, etc., and perform a preliminary assessment for accuracy.
- Work with the graphics team to align the graphics and prepare the paperwork for submission.
- Look for review times on the leadership calendars.
- Work together across functional boundaries to source answers to the queries and deliverables assigned to the other functions.
- Set up regular conversations, meetings, and war rooms with the chase team on a daily and monthly basis, as needed.
- Meeting minutes should be made public and kept up to date with deadlines.
- Put together a list of boilerplate or generic responses.

Eligibility
- Graduate Students
- Based on the solution architect's finalized inputs, help with common templates like Pricing Input Pack, Connectivity solution inputs, etc.
- Create a comparison between the price inputs and the stated structure (CTC, FTE structure, price inputs for connectivity solutions, price of tools, etc.).
- Communicate with the appropriate SPOCs to receive their pricing inputs for the pricing team.
- Make sure the product is in line with the main demands of the pursuits and in line with the strategy that the team has agreed upon or approved.
