- carries out recurrent, routine processing and quality checks in support of contracted services in a particular field or functional area. respects service level agreements for processing.

- understands and complies with all applicable laws and regulations as well as project and organization quality and compliance requirements.

- Keep a watch out for urgent situations involving problems with customer service, and escalate to the appropriate people.
Eligibility
- High school graduation or GED;
- a maximum of one year's experience in offering business processes as services,
- familiarity with the goods and/or services offered by clients
- working knowledge of the industry or functional area of the customer company
- working knowledge of business solutions software
