Job Description:
- As an Operations Expert, you and your team are tasked with ensuring that items complete the final step in the supply chain: reaching customers' hands.
- You have complete control over the store's inventory, including products, components, tools, supplies, and anything else.
- You ensure that your team has the necessary resources, knowledge, and assistance to maintain product availability, execute inventory chores, and keep the stockroom organised as new products arrive.
- You maintain constant communication with the management and leadership teams, sharing information on the status of items and parts.
- And when new things come, you're the first to open them up and show them off to the entire shop crew.
Eligibility
- The ability to think rapidly and solve problems under changing settings.
- Leadership abilities, whether demonstrated through example or group coaching.
- Strong organisational skills, as well as the ability to assess any situation rapidly.
- You are willing to follow procedures to ensure secure access to products and movement through the stockroom.
- Your schedule will need to be adaptable. The demands of the company will decide your working hours.
