Job Description

  • Technical requests and monitoring warnings are initially investigated and resolved.
  • Phone resolution for issues within the scope of the function and in compliance with the parameters in the team playbook
  • Takes charge of intra-team escalations (phone/ticket)
  • Support requests are escalated in accordance with escalation guidelines.
  • Second point of contact for inbound customer calls[AW1]
  • Incident management (identification, management assistance, and escalation)
  • Queue management on the fly
  • Maintaining customer and SLA commitments
  • Providing unwavering support in all of the aforementioned areas

Eligibility

  • Previous job experience in a similar field, or education to the degree level or equivalent.
