Job Description:

  • Assisting the Sales team with client relations Request For Proposals (RFP)/Request For Quotations (RFQ)
  • Conduct desk research to quote for market research projects, providing speedy quotation turnaround.
  • Untilise internal tools while also collaborating with external partners to provide project quotes.
  • Be a customer's trusted advisor and cultivate long-term partnerships.
  • As assessed by our operational and customer satisfaction measures, we regularly and successfully perform.
  • Respond to RFQ/support queries from customers
  • Experience with online market research and/or programmatic sampling is preferred.

Eligibility

  • Proven ability to manage several accounts and projects at the same time with the assistance of a Customer Success Director
  • Ability to work alone, be self-motivated, and manage time effectively
  • A strong team player with a pleasant nature who can contribute to a dynamic group
  • Proactive customer attention in order to establish long-term relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Capability to multitask and absorb a variety of information at the same time
  • Highest level of quality and ability in written and oral English communications Excellent analytical skills, process orientation, and high attention to detail Expert proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
