Job Description

  • On system and product issues, provides engineering support to customers, customer support professionals, and field support personnel.
  • Works with the customer and corporate personnel to define the technical problem, determine a solution, and support the customer in putting the repair in place.
  • Provides engineering with technical comments on product changes/improvements.
  • May be called on-site to assist with complicated technological solutions involving changes to fundamental functionality, coding, and system functioning.
  • Tests, tools, and diagnostic processes are developed for use by product support employees.
  • Technical product documentation may be quality checked. Utilise post-sales interactions with clients to investigate and qualify additional income prospects.
  • May schedule transactional sales possibilities and supply sales with highly quality leads.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or University Degree (or equivalent).
  • There is no prior experience required; however, you may have up to two years of relevant experience.
  • Works on technical support assignments with well-defined goals.
  • Problems of restricted scope and complexity are solved.
